1. Introduction
By using LaunchFast you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
2. Agreement to terms
This agreement takes effect on the date you first use the LaunchFast application or services.
3. Software license
The LaunchFast software license allows acquisition through a single purchase, granting unrestricted and perpetual access to the included functionality, tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The license does not impose recurring fees or subscriptions. The licensor may terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites, enabling control over distribution and use where legally permitted.
4. Refunds
Contact contact@launchfa.st with your refund reason. We will review and respond. Refunds are generally not available because products are digital.
5. Disclaimer
It is not warranted that LaunchFast will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties and conditions not stated in this agreement may be excluded. This agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranties and limitation of liability
LaunchFast does not warrant the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. LaunchFast shall not be liable for loss of profit, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims arising from the provision of goods or services, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
LaunchFast shall not be in breach solely due to delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. If LaunchFast is deemed liable for breach of this agreement, liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant services or software. You release LaunchFast from obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.
7. User content
LaunchFast is not responsible for what users do with user-generated content.
8. General terms and law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and LaunchFast as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of LaunchFast. LaunchFast will not be liable for any representation, act or omission by you.
